Abstract Submission

GENERAL GUIDELINES

 

THE ABSTRACT IS NOT NECESSARILY RELATED TO OUR THEME.

The dateline for the submission is 30th April 2019.

Abstract should report on original unpublished work at the the time of conference.

The presenting author can present ONE paper but can participate as co-author in more.

The presenting author must be registered as participant.

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed according to the Scientific Committee rulings.

The Scientific Committee have the right to accept or reject and categorize a submitted abstract to either oral or poster presentation.

The presenting author will be notified of either acceptance or rejection of an abstract via email .

For those in the Ministry of Health, please obtain approval of application for scientific presentation from NIH via your state administration office on the same day of abstract submission.

Authors are kindly requested to adhere to the following abstract format.

ABSTRACT FORMAT

Language : English

Title: Type in UPPER CASE LETTERS and centred

Authors and affliation: Full name of author(s) typed in sentence case. The first name should precede the surname. The presenting author’s name should be in bold . Do not write degrees or professional titles. Use superscript numbers to identify authors with particular institution. Text:  250 word limit (excluding title, name and affliation), Times New Roman, size 12 font, full justification and single spacing.

The entire abstract including title, author(s) and text should be confined to one A4 page. Do not include references.

The structure of the abstract should be as followings (see Sample Abstract):

  1. Research Article: Introduction, Material and Method, Result, Conclusion.

  2. Case Report: Introduction, Case report, Discussion.
